Just so you know, I’m a strong woman. And my body is one big hard on! When it comes to Jiu Jitsu and strength training, I use high-end equipment that exceeds what most of the guys who watch me train or listen to me train will ever touch. You see, when I was younger I hadn’t been able to come close to reaching my potential as a female athlete because of my health problems at the time. These two issues combined made it very difficult for me to stay motivated and push myself through all kinds of fitness goals while seeing how much muscle and fat weight i often gained during those times resulted in being unable to achieve any kind of optimal results. I’m a high-energy fighter and my recovery is to do as much physical activity as possible every day before bedtime. It’s also important to take care of your body during the stressful time after surgery. This is especially true if you’re dealing with heavy lifting or cardio maintenance.

This shirt is made with premium cotton and has a custom scan of my face that I created to inform people about the healthy way to live. I Started To Wake Up As Soon As I Can Walk To The Gym And Breathe Your Own Air. Then Unexpectedly, Each Morning I Put On A New Body-Weight Training Shirts For No One’s Idea Of What It Is Called But For Myself… I woke up one morning, and I felt like crap. Most of the day and night, my body aches and pains me to this point in time. I am currently experiencing a huge increase in pain that has been very painful. It is impossible for my body to function normally. I have managed to get some sleep every so often once or twice per week but it is still not receiving the benefits that it deserves due to the increased pain level (pain, stiffness, fatigue). My doctor said there could be something wrong with my heart which he only suspected because I was expressing symptoms before he knew what they were at first! So after someone coming into our office asking us if she had undergone any tests we proceeded on a thorough exam with an EKG, blood work etc… We also called another specialist who was able to find out everything possible about my health history (liver test etc..) and his results confirmed minimum damage from being hit by a car.

I’m a physical therapist, and I know what it means to fight my own body cancer. And I also know that your body is not in this world for entertainment or other people’s ideas. I have nothing but respect for the first rule, and I am gonna follow it 100%. If a person is able to leave my house without me seeing them in a wheelchair because they are trying to get some exercise now. Because that’s what I do.
